We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at Cart Advantage.
You may request a return within [RETURN_DAYS] days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed back to your original PayPal account within [REFUND_DAYS] business days.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Unless the item was damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
